Product Disclaimer

Most of our products are hand-embroidered and therefore delicate in nature. As a result, a 5–10% variation in design or finish is possible. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept this potential variation compared to the product images displayed online. Every effort is made to ensure that any variation is minimal.

Actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see in images due to lighting during photography, differences in digital display settings, and photo editing by the designers.

Beading or sequins may occasionally come loose or shift due to the handcrafted nature of the items. This is not considered a defect, and we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.

All clothing items are recommended to be dry-cleaned only. We are not liable for any damage resulting from washing or using any method other than what is advised.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Énzo, we take pride in offering exquisite handcrafted and made-to-order fashion pieces for women. Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality. To preserve the craftsmanship and integrity of our products, we have outlined the following exchange and return policy.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • The item has no stains, scents (perfume or body odor), makeup marks, or water damage.
  • The item is not a sale or discounted item, and not custom-made.

Please note: All other sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be issued store credit in the form of a coupon code, valid for future purchases.

Exchange & Return Process

To initiate an exchange or return:

  1. Email us at enzoofficialpk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and attach photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Await confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

Do not return any items without receiving prior authorization from our team.

Shipping Instructions

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team. We are not liable for shipping delays or damages during transit caused by courier services.

Processing of exchanges or returns may take 3–5 working days after we receive the item.

Custom Orders

Custom-made orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only. These items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange after this window.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation by Énzo

Énzo reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Item is out of stock
  • There is a pricing or technical error
  • The payment is declined

In such cases, if payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
